It is agreed that all matters relating to use of the spectre-stamps shall be governed by the laws of Norway adapted for Svalbard residents and relating EU laws including but not limited to Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
It is agreed that the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Courts in Norway shall apply for any dispute arising out of this Agreement or the performance of the obligations hereunder.
